Jewelry Care

Handmade gold and silver keep their look for years with simple care.

14K gold Wipe with a soft dry cloth. For a deeper clean, soak in lukewarm water with a drop of mild soap, brush gently with a soft toothbrush and dry thoroughly.

925 silver Silver oxidises and darkens on contact with air and moisture. This is natural and not a fault. Use a silver cloth to bring back the shine. The more you wear it, the less it darkens.

Diamonds and stones Oil from your skin dulls the sparkle. A gentle clean in lukewarm soapy water restores it. Never use abrasive cleaners.

What to avoid Chlorine in pools, sea water, perfume, creams and hairspray. Put your jewelry on last, after makeup and perfume, and take it off first.

When to take it off Before showering, swimming, exercise, cleaning with chemicals and sleeping.

Storage Store each piece separately, somewhere dry, in the pouch or box it came in. This keeps pieces from scratching each other.
